Effective the Friday 26th August, 2016 The Regulatory Authority will be relocating to our new office premises: 1st Floor, Craig Appin House, 8 Wesley Street, Hamilton HM 11. To effect this move, our offices at Cumberland House will be closed on Friday the 26th August and we will reopen in our new location on Monday 29th August. In accordance with the Government Fees Amendment Regulations 2016, please take note the following approved changes in ICOL, Handset (Cellular telephone) and Spectrum Fees collected by the Regulatory Authority on behalf of the Bermuda Government can be found here under HEAD 24. Additionally, changes in Telecommunications Class Licences and Type Approval fees collected by the Regulatory Authority on behalf of the Bermuda Government can be found here under HEAD 70. Please note that these fees are effective April 1, 2016.
