During the HDS-1 Application Process, the Authority will use this link as the official location for all communications regarding the HDS-1 process, including any updates. Please be advised that you should regularly check this link for the most recent documentation.
In accordance with the Government Fees Amendment Regulations 2016, please take note the following approved changes in ICOL, Handset (Cellular telephone) and Spectrum Fees collected by the Regulatory Authority on behalf of the Bermuda Government can be found here under HEAD 24. Additionally, changes in Telecommunications Class Licences and Type Approval fees collected by the Regulatory Authority on behalf of the Bermuda Government can be found here under HEAD 70. Please note that these fees are effective April 1, 2016.
